Description
Highly Thermal Conductive, Self-adhesive Graphite Foil 
 
  • Thickness: 25 µm (0.025 mm) 
  • Size: 20x30 cm
  • Temperature range: -40°C to +400°C
  • Self-adhesive on one side, electrically insulated on the other (Structure)
 
  • High thermal conductivity (>1500 W/mK parallel to the foil surface)
  • Ideal for heat spreading (e.g. for computer processors)

Removable PET foil attached on the other side, which enables easier handling. The PET foil is heat resistant up to 100°C.
