Highly Thermal Conductive Graphite Foil 
 
  • Thickness: 100 µm (0.1 mm) 
  • Size: 20x30 cm
  • Temperature range: -40°C to +400°C
 
  • High thermal conductivity (>1000 - 1200 W/mK parallel to the foil surface)
  • Ideal for heat spreading (e.g. for computer processors)

Removable PET foil attached on one side, which enables easier handling. The PET foil is heat resistant up to 100°C.
